## Why the pricing is flat and low right now

The Creative Garage is a new studio. We do not have a public portfolio of past client work yet (most existing work is under client privacy agreements), so our first 5 founding-client projects are priced to earn real, referenceable case studies rather than to maximize margin. This is a temporary launch offer, not our long-term rate.

## What's usually not included
- Bigger ad budgets (ad spend is client-side; we manage creative + targeting strategy)
- Travel for event/film gigs beyond the metro region (quoted only when the project makes sense)
- Third-party stock footage or music licenses (quoted per project)
- Domain registration and website hosting fees (billed separately by the provider)

## Process
1. Brief — you send goal, deadline, budget, footage status, platforms, and non-negotiables
2. Quote — we reply within 2 business hours, and we can often reply to WhatsApp within 15 minutes
3. Make — editors, planners, developers, and producers move together on one plan
4. Polish — the details (sound, captions, thumbnailing, lighting cues, page speed) get loud attention
5. Launch — exports, handoff notes, ad versions, run sheets, backups, and links your team can use

## Revision policy
- 1 free revision round included on every founding-client project (Video Editing, Digital Marketing, Website Development)
- Event Management revision windows are agreed in the individual project scope
