The public version of an event is one hour of flow. The private version is 400 decisions made in advance. We do the 400 quietly so the one looks easy — show calling, speaker prep, sponsor handling, and a green room with no panic in it.
From our base in Bengaluru, we produce events across Bengaluru and India. And because production belongs in the same crew as content, we often build the room, film the moment, and ship the same-night stories before the guests reach the parking lot.

That is one of our favorite jobs. We plan the room, capture the moments, cut fast social assets, and package the long-form story after.
Do you travel for events?
Based in Bengaluru, we produce events across Bengaluru and India, and travel further when the project makes sense and the calendar behaves. For editing and marketing, we work remotely anywhere.
How do you quote an event?
Goal, deadline, location, rough budget, and the non-negotiables. We send a plan and a quote — not a vague estimate.
